With a maximum capacity of 8 people, the accommodation is composed as follows:
- On the ground floor: A superb, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a living/dining room. A beautiful master suite equipped with quality 160x200cm bedding and its adjoining bathroom with bathtub completes this level.
- On the floor: 3 bedrooms with a sea view, including a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160 x 200cm), 1 double bedroom also with a Queen Size bed, and a third bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200cm). A third independent shower room is located on the floor.
- 2 separate toilets.
Outside, you can enjoy a setting that is as splendid as it is relaxing with a beautiful terrace equipped with an outdoor dining table that can seat 8 people and a beautiful garden offering a view between land and sea.
You can easily park 2 to 3 vehicles inside the property.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Normandy, while being less than 5 minutes walk from the sea, 10 minutes by car from the town center of Honfleur and Deauville.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The armchairs in the photos are left at your disposal as well as 2 deckchairs and two other outdoor armchairs + 1 charcoal barbecue. All of this is freely accessible under the dairy awning.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

The house is located in Pennedepie, in the immediate vicinity of the famous Apreval manor and less than 10km from Deauville and Honfleur.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
