Ideal for a stay with family, friends, or as a couple, we will be delighted to offer you a unique experience in Normandy at the heart of the Apreval estate. Specializing in apple and pear cultivation and the production of cider products, the typical orchards of the Pays d'Auge flourish on around twenty hectares by the sea.
The accommodation offers superb views of the Pays d'Auge region, the orchards, the sea, and the Seine estuary. With both a terrace and a balcony, it's a little paradise for enjoying our beautiful Normandy region.
Set in a duplex in a quiet and secure area, everything has been designed to make you feel at home!
Fully equipped, it includes:
- An open-plan fitted kitchen with refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, worktop, plenty of storage space, kitchen utensils, etc.
- A living room with a table for 4 people which opens onto a terrace overlooking the estate's orchards
- Two beautiful bedrooms including a master suite and a second with 2 single beds and a balcony with a breathtaking sea view
- 1 separate WC
The accommodation is very bright and not overlooked.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
Depending on the season, you can enjoy the apple and pear picking and brewing activity (mainly from September to December). You can discover the distillation of Calvados in June. Finally, you can discover all the manufacturing processes with guided tours from July 14 to August 31. Tasting is possible all year round, and free, at the bar, on the terrace facing the orchards or sheltered in the Victor room (depending on the season and the weather).
And if you ever ask with a big smile, perhaps the owners of the estate will offer you a tour and tasting of their wonderful products :)
On request, an outdoor parking space can be made available to you for the duration of your stay.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.

Our accommodation is located 10 minutes by car from the hypercenter of Deauville/Trouville and Honfleur.
Just 2 hours from Paris, you can visit our most beautiful Norman sites:
Etretat and its impressive cliffs, the superb abbeys hidden in the meanders of the Seine, the moving and exciting sites that mark the Landing Beaches, but also the charming picturesque villages of the Pays d'Auge and finally the seaside pleasures, shopping, horse racing in Deauville or even the casino.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
