Located on the 1st floor with elevator, the accommodation includes:
- two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and a child's bedroom with a bunk bed.
- a playroom for children in the courtyard.
- a bathroom with bathtub (separate toilet);
- and a large living room with lounge, dining room, American kitchen.
This is a typical Haussmannian apartment, completely renovated by an architect in June 2021 and updated to reflect today's tastes: Hungarian point parquet flooring, marble fireplace, moldings, rosettes, and an industrial glass roof give it character. As fans of decor, we have taken particular care with the decoration of our apartment. Perfectly suited to families. You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
You will have everything you need to have a great stay, including: raclette machine, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, television, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, fan, iron, a decorative fireplace (not working), etc. Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located in the village of Abbesses, in the heart of Montmartre, close to the Sacré-Coeur and Place des Abbesses. It overlooks a beautiful square, typical of Montmartre.
For your daily needs, you will find a "Carrefour Express" supermarket a 2-minute walk away.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see places that make the city famous, such as:

- Place du Tertre 5 minutes away;
- The Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Montmartre 5 minutes away;

The 18th arrondissement is located in the north of Paris and includes the neighborhoods of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. The latter is one of the highest hills in Paris, and the view from the top is worth the trip. The Sacré-Coeur church, a bastion of the Commune in the 19th century, Montmartre later became the neighborhood of many artists such as Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec, and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasting, integrating ethnic pockets with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. The Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many very pleasant cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a certain dynamism and respectability.
