Located on the 1st floor with elevator, it includes:
- four bedrooms with four double beds (one of the beds is 80 x 200 and extends to 160);
- two functional bathrooms;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining room (with table and chairs);
- and a lounge to relax in after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and its tastefully decorated living room.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Dryer, Hair dryer, Iron, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Raclette machine, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is well laid out. It overlooks a very quiet courtyard (all the rooms).
It is also located in a lively area with many bars, supermarkets, food shops and friendly restaurants.
Subways are less than a 5-minute walk from the building for exploring the city.
Access to Parisian airports and train stations is easy from the apartment.

The 9th arrondissement of Paris is a pleasant area to visit and live in. The lively, noisy south of the arrondissement is home to the Grands-Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier. The undeniably charming north leads you to Montmartre via the famous Pigalle.
