This charming, bright apartment, which can accommodate 4 people, is nestled in a small, quiet building just steps from the village center. Located on the floor (without an elevator), under the roof, and facing east. Enjoy a pleasant covered terrace.

DESCRIPTION

- A living room including a lounge area and an equipped kitchen area giving access to a sheltered east-facing terrace
- A separate toilet with hand basin
- A double bedroom equipped with a 160cm x 200cm bed, with cupboard and wardrobe
- A cabin area equipped with a bunk bed (80cm x 200cm). Only the lower and middle bunks can be used
- A bathroom including a bathtub with bath screen, a sink and a towel dryer
EQUIPMENT
Built-in oven, 3 induction hobs, built-in dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, built-in washer-dryer, microwave, raclette and fondue set, TV, hairdryer, Wi-Fi. Use of the wood-burning stove is prohibited.
ANNEXES: A space in the garage located on the -1 which can also accommodate bicycles or ski equipment. A non-private outdoor space (shared with the residence)
