Magnificent 38 square meter apartment located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris.
ArrayIdeally located close to public transport, it will allow you to discover the charms of the Montmartre district and enjoy the lively nightlife of Paris.
It can accommodate up to three people.
Enjoy your stay! :)
Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, it benefits from beautiful natural light thanks to its southern exposure.
It includes:
- a spacious bedroom, not overlooked, protected from the street and extremely quiet, with a double bed;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a shower room with WC;
- and a lounge area with a sofa bed to relax after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its practical side and its brightness.
The following equipment will be at your disposal:
- Wifi, 2 TVs, one of which is large with an HDMI port for connecting a laptop.
- Refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, washing machine, dryer, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located just steps from metro stations for lines 2, 12, and 4. It is located at the foot of the Sacré-Coeur, in one of the liveliest neighborhoods in the capital.
You'll have the opportunity to discover various nearby sites of interest, including strolling through the Saint-Pierre market, which now houses a covered art market. This spot also offers a very pleasant café and a beautiful bookstore. Continuing your exploration, you can reach Louise Michel Square, famous for its Montmartre funicular. This allows you to easily reach the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, a must-see site.
You can also, if you wish, climb the 222 steps of Rue Foyatier which will lead you to Butte Montmartre, offering an exceptional view of Paris.
In the Montmartre district, I highly recommend Le Petit Bleu, renowned for serving the best couscous in Paris at an incredibly affordable price. Another institution not to be missed is Bouillon Pigalle, which offers typical French dishes at unbeatable prices.
If you want to enjoy the nightlife, I recommend you go to Dirty Dick, a famous night bar in Pigalle, where the cocktails are delicious.
And for live music lovers, the most beautiful concert halls are a 2-minute walk away: the Trianon, the Cigalle, the Elysee Montmartre, etc.
Do not hesitate to ask me for more information, I will be happy to answer you.
The 18th arrondissement is located in the north of Paris and includes the Goutte d'Or and Montmartre neighborhoods. Montmartre is one of the highest hills in Paris, and the view from the top is breathtaking. Montmartre has become the home of many artists, including Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec, and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very diverse, combining ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector, or vice versa. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, is home to many friendly cafés and bars, giving the neighborhood a great deal of dynamism and respectability.
