Very functional, on one level and on the ground floor (no stairs and no elevator, you just have to cross a paved courtyard), it includes:

- and its location: on a lively street with restaurants and cafes; between the Eiffel Tower, the Champ de Mars, the Invalides and the Seine; close to the shops on Rue Cler and the banks of the Seine.

It should be noted that there is an air handling unit in the accommodation (filtered and purified air day and night).
The apartment is located near the metro station line 8. You will find a hypermarket "Carrefour City" 1 minute walk away.

The 7th arrondissement is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. It's home to the Eiffel Tower, one of the world's most famous monuments, as well as numerous administrative buildings and seats of power (the National Assembly, several ministries, embassies, etc.). Finally, it's also home to some of the capital's wealthiest people. The Faubourg Saint Germain dates back to the 18th century and still boasts remarkable architecture today.
In addition, it provides easy access to the Latin Quarter (Mabillon, Odéon) as well as the Louvre Museum, Champs Elysées, Pont Alexandre 3, etc.
