Beautiful modern 65 square meter apartment located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris.
ArrayIt is ideally located near the Champ de Mars, Trocadéro, and public transportation. You can stroll around the neighborhood, admire the Hôtel des Invalides, and discover all of Paris!

Located in Paris, right next to the Eiffel Tower, this modern and fully equipped apartment features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a TV, and three bathrooms.
You will have everything you need to have a great stay, including: Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Kettle and Toaster.
You'll be well served by public transport, allowing you to explore the entire city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers immediate proximity to the Eiffel Tower (a 2-minute walk), the Trocadéro Gardens (a 10-minute walk), and the Rodin Museum (a 20-minute walk) for sculpture lovers.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

The 7th arrondissement is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. It's home to the Eiffel Tower, one of the world's most famous monuments, as well as numerous administrative buildings and seats of power (the National Assembly, several ministries, embassies, etc.). Finally, it's also home to some of the capital's wealthiest people. The Faubourg Saint Germain dates back to the 18th century and still boasts remarkable architecture today.
In addition, it provides easy access to the Latin Quarter (Mabillon, Odéon) as well as the Louvre Museum, Champs Elysées, Pont Alexandre 3, etc.
