This accommodation is professionally cleaned and prepared, see below for more details Located near Place d'Italie, a two-minute walk from the metro, the accommodation is composed of:
- a living room with a double bed on the mezzanine,
- a two-seater convertible sofa,
- a bathroom equipped with a toilet,
- a beautiful, calm and bright lounge area, ideal for relaxing after an intense day in Paris,
- and a small bedroom in the basement, with a skylight overlooking the living room. This bedroom is equipped with two single bunk beds, with a baby bed, and provides access to a second bathroom.
It directly overlooks a street (formerly a shop), but it is particularly quiet, without any disturbance. What is rare in Paris is that parking right in front of the apartment is very easy (paid from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., except Sundays and public holidays).
You will have everything you need to have a great stay, including: television, coffee machine, microwave, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, etc.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee and professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.
The apartment is in an area offering immediate proximity to shops and restaurants and you will be very well served by public transport, to stroll throughout the city and its surroundings.
For your everyday needs, you'll find a Franprix supermarket just a 2-minute walk away. There's also a Bichet pharmacy just a 4-minute walk away.
It is ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the Gobelins tourist district, less than 15 minutes on foot from the very touristy districts of the 5th arrondissement, such as:
- Mouffetard Street,
- The Jardin des Plantes,
- The Great Mosque of Paris and many more.

The maintenance agent in charge of preparing the accommodation for your arrival will be fully protected by wearing a mask and gloves throughout their service.
Virucidal products complying with EN 14476 standards will be used to completely disinfect the apartment, paying particular attention to surfaces, keys, door handles and switches.
Household linen will be provided by a professional using industrial cleaning at very high temperatures.
The 13th arrondissement of Paris is best known for its Asian quarter, where many Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodians, and Laotians gather. The northern part of the arrondissement is more "classic" and is home to important institutions such as the National Library of France and the Olympiades district.
It also has the advantage of being close to the Montparnasse train station, known for being surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
