This mountain chalet located in the "La Casse" sector in Vallouise is composed of:
-Ground floor: a garage with a storage room (a refrigerator and a freezer), a laundry room with a boiler with a water point, a washing machine, a bedroom with 4 single beds (90 cm) and a large closet and direct access to the garden (French window), 1 shower room, 1 separate WC, a large staircase to access the floor.
-Floor 1 (access from inside and outside): 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed (180 cm), 1 separate WC, 1 closed equipped kitchen, the dining room & the living room opening onto a balcony with an unobstructed view of the mountains facing SOUTH-WEST.
A little peculiarity about this chalet: I would like to point out that the Chalet has a decorative fireplace in the living room; Please note that this is condemned, in fact the tubing is non-existent, it cannot therefore be used (risk of fire), radiators are available.
-On the top floor: 1 reading corner, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140) and 1 single bed (90) opening onto a balcony, 1 bathroom with sink and bidet.
