In the heart of Vallouise, this family-friendly, passive, and eco-friendly village house is ideally located, just 200 meters from all amenities. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
This fully renovated 110m² village house offers the best of the past. Spread over 3 levels, it features a large entrance area for storing skis and boots. A separate toilet and shower room with a washing machine are also included.
On the 1st level, a kitchen open to the dining room and living room (no television!), a shower room and a separate WC.
On the 2nd level, a mezzanine with a pleasant little living room, 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140). On the 3rd level, a second mezzanine with a relaxation area, and a "mountain corner" bedroom with a bunk bed and 2 single beds (possibility of making a double bed). This quiet house is an ideal place for a family stay.

- Surroundings: The house is located 4 minutes walk from shops, restaurants,... (200m) and about 10 minutes walk from the cross-country ski trails.
A nearby shuttle bus takes you to various villages and the Puy Saint Vincent and Pelvoux ski resorts. A drop-off point is available in front of the house so you can drop off your luggage and groceries. Parking is available approximately 250 meters from the house in the La Gravière car park.
- Activities: 2 ski resorts Puy St Vincent & Pelvoux. Entertainment & activities during the seasons (winter or summer). Numerous hikes (White and Black Glacier, Lake Eychauda, Narreyroux), mountain bike trails, dog sledding, paragliding, horse riding, craft markets, exhibitions, ... come and discover the heritage and landscapes located in the heart of the Écrins National Park.
