The accommodation is located close to all amenities, the historic center, the port, the beaches of the reserve as well as the famous beach of the Promenade des Anglais.

Located on the 5th floor with elevator, the accommodation includes:
- two bedrooms with two double beds, one of which is queen size;
- Large living room with fully equipped and functional American kitchen;
- two shower rooms and a separate toilet.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
The 2 tram lines at the foot of the building allow you to go to the train station or the airport in 30 minutes (maximum).
Nearby buses (Garibaldi - rue Barla or at the Port) take you to Eze, Villefranche, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes.
The accommodation is located:

- 6 minutes walk from the Château Park;
- 3 minutes from the Petit Marais district with its many restaurants
- and a 5-minute walk from the greenway.

Port district
Between tradition and renewal, this is a neighborhood known for its antique shops, the pleasant walks along the harbor, and boat departures to Corsica. It is overlooked to the west by the hill of the Château de Nice, a huge park where residents and tourists flock to admire the Bay of Angels. Restaurant terraces are numerous in this neighborhood, and the Port of Nice has retained its authentic charm by becoming a trendy area. For nightlife, the Port of Nice is lively all year round, and night owls enjoy strolling between the port and Place du Pin.
Old Nice
Old Nice is the oldest part of the city and the site of the famous Carnival. Living in Old Nice means living in the heart of the city's history. The red of its facades, the white window frames, the arcades, and the square shape of its northern section all reflect the Piedmontese influence in the architecture of this area.
In the morning, the Cours Saleya market brings the town to life.
Old Nice is home to a large number of historic sites and squares not to be missed!
Place Masséna, with its recent renovations, has undoubtedly become one of the most beautiful contemporary public squares. Place Garibaldi is also a true jewel of Nice's architecture.
