Residence TICHOT B2/20 Tignes Val Claret for 7 people. Rated 3 stars.
Located in the heart of the resort and Val Claret, on the 4th floor with elevator, this functional and very comfortable 3-room apartment of 65m² is very well equipped. You are guaranteed an unforgettable stay, in close proximity to the slopes, shops, and numerous activities.
Its living room opens onto a lovely south-west facing balcony, with a view of the snow-capped mountains. It is equipped with a sofa bed (2 places 140X190), a television with a DVD and a radio with CD player. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso, kettle, toaster and everything you need to prepare your meals, which you can then enjoy in the dining area designed for 7 people.
The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160X190), 1 folding bed in the entrance, the upper bed not being suitable for children under 6 years old (article 6 of Decree no. 95-949 of August 25, 1995) and a bathroom.
The second bedroom has two single beds, with the possibility of making a double bed (2 x 80 x 190). Blankets. Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, additional shower room and separate toilet. You will have collective heating during your stay. Ski locker at your disposal.
Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, linens, and towels are not included in the price. However, if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. Tourist taxes are payable on site. Paid parking spaces are available near the residence (pre-reservation recommended with our agency). Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and pets are not permitted. With 300 km of slopes, you can enjoy a wide range of winter sports on the snowy slopes of the Tignes resort, such as skiing, snowshoeing, and ice skating (outdoor ice rink open depending on weather conditions). In the summer, golf enthusiasts can head to the 18-hole Tignes Golf Course, just 200 meters from the apartment. You will also find local shops, restaurants, and bars at the foot of the residence for a pleasant time with family or friends. The region also boasts beautiful nature trails and a rich heritage, allowing you to enjoy day trips or whitewater sports like rafting, with majestic mountains as a backdrop.
