Located on the ski slopes, this apartment enjoys a privileged location. Accommodating up to 4 people, it benefits from a balcony with mountain views. On the 5th floor of a residence with elevator, the 38m² south-east facing apartment consists of a living room with 2 single beds (80x190) and a fully equipped kitchen (4 virto-ceramic hobs, dishwasher, multifunction oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, ). 4 single duvets (140X200), blankets
In addition, there are 2 twin beds (80x190) in the bedroom, and 2 bunk beds (80x190) in the entrance hall, the upper bed not being suitable for children under 6 years old (article 6 of Decree No. 95-949 of August 25, 1995). It has a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. In the center of the resort, you can stock up at the nearest supermarket, less than 200 meters away, then prepare delicious recipes using the kitchen equipment provided. Then enjoy your meals around the dining table. If you are not in the mood to cook, you will find the nearest restaurant 30 meters away. Comfortable and functional, the apartment also has electric heating and a television. The apartment also has a ski locker where you can store your equipment when you return from the slopes.
Please note that end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental price, nor is the rental of linens and bed linens. You can add these services at the time of booking if you wish. Tourist taxes are payable on site. Paid parking spaces are available in the resort (pre-booking recommended with our agency). Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and pets are not allowed.
With 300 km of slopes, you can enjoy a wide range of winter sports on the snowy slopes of the Tignes resort, such as skiing, snowshoeing and ice skating (outdoor ice rink open depending on weather conditions).
In the summer, golf enthusiasts can head to the 18-hole Tignes Golf Course, located about 5 minutes away. The region also boasts magnificent nature trails and a rich heritage. You can go on day trips or enjoy whitewater sports like rafting, with the majestic mountains as a backdrop.
The keys to the rental will be collected directly from our Agency. Your arrival will be all the easier as the Glacier agency is located a few meters from the apartment and open 7 days a week during the winter season.
