In Tignes, located in the heart of the resort and Val Claret, in the Les Hauts du Val Claret A2 building, this functional and well-equipped apartment ensures you have an idyllic stay, close to the ski lifts and numerous activities. 1st floor. 3-star rating. Its living room opens onto a lovely south/west facing balcony with a view of the snow-capped mountains. It has a comfortable sofa bed (140X 190), a flat-screen TV and a stereo system. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances (dishwasher, oven/microwave, electric coffee maker and Nespresso capsule coffee maker) needed to prepare your meals, which you can then enjoy in the dining area. The separate cabin has two single bunk beds (80X190), the upper bed not being suitable for children under 6 years old (article 6 of Decree no. 95-949 of August 25, 1995). 4 duvets (140X200). Shower room. Separate toilet. You will have central heating during your stay. Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, linens, and towels are not included in the price. However, if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. Duvets and pillows provided. No Wi-Fi in the apartment. Tourist taxes to be paid on site. Paid parking spaces are available near the residence (pre-booking recommended with our agency). Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and pets are not allowed. With 300 km of slopes, you can enjoy a wide range of winter sports on the snowy slopes of the Tignes resort, such as skiing, snowshoeing, and ice skating (outdoor ice rink open depending on weather conditions). In the summer, golf enthusiasts can head to the 18-hole Tignes Golf Course, just 200 meters from the apartment. You'll also find local shops, restaurants, and bars in the center of Val Claret. The region also boasts magnificent nature trails and a rich heritage. You can go on day trips or enjoy whitewater sports like rafting, with the majestic mountains as a backdrop.
