This 40 m², two-bedroom, two-bedroom apartment features a 10 m² terrace in a beautiful residence with a swimming pool. Coudoulière Beach, the port, shops, and restaurants are a 2-minute walk away, with direct access from the residence.
Kitchen open to the living room which gives access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the port of Coudoulière in Six-Fours-les-plages.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms: a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a bedroom with a double bed. It also has a bathroom, a shower room, and a toilet.
With this apartment you benefit from a private parking space in a covered car park and a shared swimming pool.
