You will be enchanted by this single-story house offering direct beach access and a pleasant living space.
Located in Saint Marie de la Mer, in the Pyrénées Orientales, this house will welcome you and your family for a pleasant vacation, just a stone's throw from the sea.
Composed of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining area. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including cookware, a dishwasher, a traditional oven, a hob, a microwave, and a large fridge-freezer.
You will find two separate bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and storage chests, the other with two 90 cm beds and a wardrobe.
A bathroom with sink, shower, WC.
At the rear of the house, an outdoor space offering a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
Garage not accessible to vehicles + bicycle storage in the courtyard.

Possibility of parking in front of the house.
