On the Saint-Mandrier peninsula, in a charming and secure residence "Cap Soleil" which gives you free access to two swimming pools facing the sea, three tennis courts, bowling alley, children's playground, ping-pong, as well as access to the beach, we offer you a 3-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, completely renovated with a magnificent sea view.
65m² duplex apartment with a pleasant 15m² garden overlooking the sea.
On the ground floor: a garden, a large living room opening onto a fully equipped open kitchen, a laundry room and a toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with a sea view balcony, 1 cabin bedroom, 2 shower rooms and separate toilets.
Private parking within the residence, 2 free swimming pools reserved for residents (accessible with a badge) as well as 3 tennis courts.
