Located on the ground floor of a small single-story building, it includes:
- a bedroom with 2 bunk beds;
- a second bedroom with a double bed and storage;
- a shower room with sink and a separate WC with sink;
- an open and fully equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area to relax after a day of walking;
- a pretty dining area/American bar, extending from the kitchen with high stools;
- and a covered and furnished terrace, not overlooked, overlooking the green spaces of the estate. The terrace is not completely enclosed, but wooden partitions on each side give you privacy from the neighbors.
Pets are not allowed.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron, Ceramic hob, Towel rack, Refrigerator and compartment, Freezer, Kettle, Toaster and Electric griddle for outdoor use.
Welcome kits are provided to ensure you have all the essentials for your stay, including dishes and bathroom supplies. Professional cleaning is performed before and after each guest.
Enjoy the residence's two shared swimming pools, which will be very popular in the summer, to relax and sunbathe! Children's bodysurfing will also be available on the terrace for fun on the nearby beaches and why not inspire a bit of surfing!
The accommodation is located in a quiet area, it is a Pierre et Vacances residence; please note that entertainment and certain activities are chargeable, contact reception who will give you the program of these.
This accommodation is close to the ocean and right in the middle of the Moliets International Golf Course. The "Chênes Lièges" beach, the quietest in Moliets, is just a 15-minute walk away...
A car is not necessary to enjoy a magnificent beach!
Bars, restaurants, and shops are nearby. The city center is also a 10-minute bike ride away. For your daily shopping, you'll find a SPAR supermarket a 5-minute drive away in the central beach area, and a large U Express in the center of Moliets. View of the golf course, a 10-minute walk through the forest to reach the beach.
The location of the apartment also allows you to discover and visit: the second beach of Moliets, the "central", more lively with its area of bars and restaurants, 10 minutes by bike and the pond of Moliets and the Adrenaline Park 2 minutes by car or barely 10 minutes by bike! The TOURIST OFFICE, 10 minutes by bike, opens its doors to you for all tourist information, the famous Mouth of the Huchet current 5 minutes by car, the Étang de la Prade 4 minutes by car, the Étang de Léon 13 minutes, the Courant de Huchet 8 minutes…
Young and old, fishermen, golfers, surfers, swimmers, hikers and cyclists will be delighted!
A bicycle, mountain bike and hybrid bike rental service is located a 15-minute walk away for a bike ride.

The accommodation is located in the Pierre et Vacances estate, 10 minutes by bike from a very beautiful beach, that of the "chênes-lièges", a so-called "green" beach, isolated, and the cycle path to get there runs along the courses of the Moliets International Golf Course which itself is next to the estate: everything is possible without a car, quietly and serenely. A second beach, barely 10 minutes by bike, is the "central" beach of Moliets, more lively, in an area of bars and restaurants: you therefore have the choice depending on your humor of the day! The famous Vélodysée, the large cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes not far from here, 5 minutes away and allows you to take beautiful rides through the pine forests, without difficulty. A second beach, the livelier “central” beach of Moliets, in the restaurant and bar area of Moliets Plage, is also barely 10 minutes away by bike: so you have the choice depending on your mood of the day!
