In the heart of the village of Saint Mandrier, close to the beach, the sea, the shops and the port, ideal for getting around on foot and leaving your car in a private parking space in the residence.
In a gated community, 2 bedroom apartment of 50 m² with a large 40 m² terrace facing south.
The first bedroom has a double bed and the second has two single beds with access to the terrace.
A fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a bright living room with a sofa bed and a television, itself with direct access to the terrace.
Finally we find the bathroom with its bathtub and separate toilet.
Rental for 4 adults maximum.
