Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the accommodation is modern, bright and carefully decorated, ready to welcome you for a tourist or professional stay. It is composed of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a shower room and a beautiful living room area with a television to relax after an intense day.
You will have everything you need to have an excellent stay, namely:
Coffee machine, dishwasher, dishes (wine glass), oven, microwave, television, iron, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace.
The apartment is ideally located near Plage des Catalans (5 min walk), the Old Port (15 min walk), the Cantini Museum of the City of Marseille (15 min by bus 54), Parc Émile Duclaux (10 min walk) and Fort Saint-Nicolas/Entrecasteaux (10 min walk).
You will find many shops nearby such as a Casino Supermarket 5 min walk away and a Super U and Drive 5 min walk away.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!
