Magnificent 60 square meter apartment located in the 1st arrondissement of Marseille.

Located in Marseille, the apartment is modern and bright. It features three bedrooms with three double beds, one sofa bed, one bathroom, and a beautiful living room.
You will have everything you need to have a great stay, including: Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Iron, Hairdryer and Washing machine.
You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll throughout the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers immediate proximity to many shops: Marché des Capucins 200 meters away, grocery store 300 meters away, bakery nearby... The Mucem is 20 minutes away by public transport, and the Catalans beach is also 20 minutes away by bus.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

The 1st arrondissement is the city's hypercenter and the beating heart of Marseille. It is home to many historic buildings, including the Church of the Mission de France, the Church of Saint-Théodore, the Maison du Figaro, and the Hôtel Pesciolini. The Jardin des Vestiges, discovered in the 20th century, houses the remains of Marseille's ancient port and is a peaceful and pleasant place to stroll.
The atmosphere is warm and lively! You'll find many typical restaurants of the Old Port, while also having shopping streets like Rue de la République and Rue du Paradis at your fingertips. Public transportation is very common in this area, making it easy to reach all parts of the city.
