Welcome to Mandelieu, a beautiful coastal town near Cannes. Our spacious and comfortable apartment will welcome you for a wonderful vacation in the sun. You'll be captivated by the calm and beauty of the estate, nestled between land and sea, ideal for days spent at the beach or hiking. You'll be just minutes from Cannes and the many activities the French Riviera has to offer.
Welcome to Mandelieu! Our apartment is located in a magnificent estate overlooking the Bay of Cannes. It's a private, wooded, and secure estate, with a caretaker at reception. Within this estate, you'll find a large, secure shared swimming pool offering panoramic sea views, as well as two large clay tennis courts. And that's not all! You'll also have private access to hiking trails just a few meters from the building.
The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and a single folding bed, equipped with a TV, a dressing room and a chest of drawers for storage, as well as a French window giving access to the terrace. It also includes a large living-dining room opening onto a terrace with a comfortable sofa and a TV, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. A terrace with a dining table completes the ensemble.
Domaine de Bellevue in Mandelieu enjoys a privileged location, nestled in the heart of the magnificent Côte d'Azur region. Surrounded by lush nature and breathtaking scenery, this estate offers a true haven for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The hiking trails adjacent to the estate are among its most popular highlights. These paths wind through the green hills and offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced hiker, these varied trails will allow you to discover the region's natural beauty at your own pace.
You'll be just minutes from Mandelieu's Old Course Golf Club, offering magnificent golf courses, 10 minutes from Cannes, 30 minutes from Nice Airport, and 1 hour from Saint-Tropez. Parking is available in the building's garage, as well as visitor parking just a few meters from the building.
PASSENGER ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Keys will be handed over at 4 p.m. at the property's address.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Linen is provided from 6 nights, it will be optional at an additional cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
You may be asked to pay an additional tourist tax depending on the booking platform you choose.
SERVICE
To make your arrival easier, check-in will be done online via a link we'll send you once your booking is confirmed. Afterward, you'll have access to a digital welcome booklet available to you throughout your stay. It contains all the information you need about the check-in procedure, how the accommodation works, useful addresses, and more.
