Magnificent entire villa of 180m2 in Mandelieu-La-Nae composed of two large apartments, with private swimming pool, pétanque court, pool house, summer kitchen, terrace, barbecues and to complete a magnificent landscaped garden, you will be in peace while being close to the seaside and all the activities offered as well as shops, bars, restaurants, casino, golf, private beaches.
Welcome to Dolce Villa, which will offer you a sublime and calm setting as close to the seaside as to the city center, you will be less than 10 minutes by car from the beaches, water activities, restaurants, bars, pubs, casino, 15 minutes from Cannes and approximately 35 minutes from Nice airport.
Ideally located between land and sea, there are many activities for all ages such as:
Scuba diving and exploration, jet skiing, towed buoy, pedal boat rental, kayaking, water skiing, boat rental, water park, amusement park, buggy rides, Rosalie rental (small family pedal car).
The villa will be completely privatized for you and consists of two large apartments over 3 levels.
On the ground floor, the ground floor apartment for 5 people:

A furnished terrace with gas barbecue, a large heated, private and secure swimming pool with shutter and colored lighting, pool house equipped for outdoor naps, a solar shower, deckchairs, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table.
THE POOL WILL BE ACCESSIBLE FROM APRIL 1ST TO SEPTEMBER 15TH but it is possible to prepare it out of season on request, at an additional cost
You can park up to 6 vehicles sey on site.
