A €2,000 security deposit is required, payable upfront via Swikly (€20 administration fee).
Property Rules:
- It is forbidden to use the fireplace and to smoke inside.
- The use of the pine forest section to the north of the garden is prohibited due to fire risks.
- Do not sit on the sofa with wet clothes or swimsuits.
- Do not leave with the towels provided by the property.
