Magnificent 95 square meter apartment located in Levallois-Perret.
Array: Can accommodate up to 5 people, it is ideal for a family.
Access is independent.

Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, the accommodation includes:
- a master bedroom with a double bed;
- a second bedroom with a bunk bed for a child and a sofa bed;
- a third bedroom with a single bed;
- two bathrooms with a new boiler changed in February 2024;
- an open and fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining area;
- and a lounge area to relax after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its tastefully decorated living room and its location.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, oven.
The apartment is located near the "Louise Michel" metro station.
You will find a Leclerc supermarket in the So Ouest shopping center, a 5-minute walk away, and a "Lidl" supermarket, an 8-minute walk away, for your everyday shopping needs.
Levallois town centre is a 5-minute walk away with all food shops (bakery, greengrocer, butcher, fishmonger, etc.)
