ABOUT
Would you like to discover Les Sables d'Olonne in a comfortable and privileged 4-star rental? This beautiful 100m² house on two levels, with warm decor, will delight you, young and old! Entirely designed for a stay with family or friends, this spacious house will allow you to reside in a pleasant and interesting neighborhood while having the necessary comfort for an unforgettable vacation. The living areas are located on the floor of the house.
Close to all amenities, in the Arago district, 7 minutes from the city center and 300 meters from the beach, you can visit the city and enjoy it without using your car.
HOUSE LAYOUT
Enter the newly renovated "Les Deux Sablaises" house through a large entrance hall with a washing machine and a dryer.
The living room, very bright thanks to two bay windows, has a TV area with a sofa and two armchairs. Adjacent to the room is the open-plan kitchen, as well as the dining area with a dining table and six chairs.
As for sleeping arrangements, the floor has two bedrooms with quality bedding.
bedroom: 3 single beds (90) with shelves and wardrobe
Second bedroom: 1 queen size bed (160) with shelves and clothes rack
The bathroom has a double sink unit and a quality walk-in shower.
A separate toilet with sink is also available.
EQUIPMENT
The kitchen has an oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and coffee pod machine.
Washing machine, dryer and fan are also available in the house.
Wi-Fi is free and available during your stay.
Linens and check-in/check-out cleaning are included in the rental price, and beds will be freshly made upon your arrival.
EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS
Armelle, a native of the region, will hand over the keys and show you around the house. She will also be available during your stay for any special requests and will be able to recommend the best places to visit in the city.
Check-in is between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Arrivals after 8 p.m. will incur a €15 surcharge.
