Ideally located in the "Les Colchiques" building in Hauts de Préclaux, in the heart of Les Orres 1800, this 2-room apartment offers you a surface area of 40m². With its east-facing terrace, you can fully enjoy the view of the larch forests and the slopes.
Decorated in a mountain style, the apartment consists of a large living room with a 2-seater pull-out sofa bed and television. From this room, you access the terrace and its garden furniture, for breakfasts, in the sun and aperitifs with friends.
The fully equipped kitchen area will include everything you need to cook delicious meals, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dishwasher for your convenience.
When it comes to sleeping arrangements, everyone can choose their own space. The accommodation includes a bedroom with a 140*190cm double bed and a second bedroom with two 80*190cm single beds.
