It is located on the ground floor with a surface area of 33m2 with a very pleasant fenced garden with its southern exposure.
When you enter the apartment you discover a lovely, bright living room thanks to its bay window with direct access to the outside.
The kitchenette is fully equipped, open to the living room with its sofa, television and dining table.
Regarding the sleeping area, you have a bedroom for the parents with a large bed and a sleeping area for children or friends with 90 cm bunk beds.
Any malfunction in the common areas or areas used in common within the residence will not give rise to any compensation.
