With a surface area of 35 m², this apartment offers a capacity of 6 beds. Ideally located on the floor of the "Les Valérianes" residence in Hauts de Préclaux, you will be just a few steps from all amenities: supermarket, bakery, restaurants, souvenir shops...
From the west-facing balcony, you can enjoy a lovely view of the shopping square, the heart of Les Orres 1800, with its shops and entertainment.
The accommodation has an entrance with storage leading to the sleeping area, a living room with a fitted kitchen, a living-dining room with a television, a bathroom with a bathtub; and a separate toilet. As for sleeping accommodations, you will have at your disposal a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm, a sleeping area with two single beds 80 x 190 cm and a convertible sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
