This charming renovated 35m² studio is located on the central square of Les Orres 1800 in the "Les Eglantines" building of the Hauts de Préclaux residence, close to shops and entertainment.
Facing south-east and offering a balcony with a direct view of the slopes, you can enjoy your meals in the sun.
It consists of an entrance with storage leading to the sleeping area, the bathroom with bathtub and separate WC, a large living room with television, sofa bed and equipped kitchen, and a balcony with garden furniture and view of the slopes, all in a cozy and mountain atmosphere.
For sleeping, you will find at your disposal a 2-seater pull-out sofa bed in the living room, a bunk bed with a 140x190cm double bed at the bottom and an 80x190cm single bed at the top, for a capacity of 5 people.
You will have free access to the heated outdoor swimming pool, the residence's sauna and the fitness area (open during the summer and winter seasons), as well as a private underground parking space and a private ski box for the winter.
