The owner's note, Lola

This 38 m² 2-room apartment with a rustic atmosphere is located on Place des Orres 1800, in the "Les Silènes" building in Hauts de Préclaux and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Facing northeast and located on the floor, it offers a direct view of the slopes and peaks of the resort. You can also enjoy the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool (open seasonally only) and a private ski box.
It consists of an entrance hall with storage, a dining room - living room with sofa bed and television, a fitted kitchen, a separate bedroom, a sleeping area, a bathroom with bathtub and separate WC.
For sleeping accommodation, you will find a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed in the living room, a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the separate bedroom and two 80 x 190 cm single beds in the sleeping area.
You will be ideally located close to shops (restaurants, bar, supermarket, souvenir and regional product shops, equipment rentals, etc.) and activities or events, and only around fifty meters from the departures of the ski slopes, mountain bike trails and hiking trails.
In addition, you will have access to the wellness area where you will find the heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna cabins and the fitness area of the residence (open during the summer and winter seasons).
