This 2-room apartment with a beautiful surface area of 41 m² with a mountain spirit, facing south-east and ideally located in the center of the Orres 1800 resort, will provide you with all the comfort necessary for an ideal vacation.
It opens onto an entrance hall with storage redirecting to the different spaces: the spacious and bright living room with two sofas, a large connected television and an electric fireplace to warm hearts and bodies after a long day, the master double bedroom with its large storage space, its television and its individual balcony, the cozy sleeping area with wardrobe and television, the two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, and finally the separate WC.
For sleeping accommodation, you will have a master double bedroom with a 140x190cm bed opening onto its balcony and a sleeping area with two 80x190cm single bunk beds. The recently added 160x190cm sofa bed will complete the sleeping arrangements.
This accommodation has been designed to meet all your expectations, whatever the season, and is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, Tassimo coffee maker, filter and Italian coffee maker, raclette machine, television in each room, but above all, bicycle hooks on the balcony as well as a private ski locker in the room on the ground floor of the residence.
Located in the heart of the 1800 resort, in the "Les Érines" building of the Hauts de Préclaux residence, you will be only around fifty meters from the slopes, shops (minimarkets, bakery, souvenir shops), restaurants and various activities organized in the resort.
To make your arrival easier, you have the option of reserving a private parking space with direct elevator access to the accommodation; at an additional cost, by contacting us by telephone.
In addition, you will have access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna cabins and fitness area (open during summer and winter).
