Located in a residential area, come and enjoy this very quiet area and relax around the swimming pool.
The villa is composed of a main room with an open-plan kitchen and living room with bay windows giving access to the terrace and swimming pool all on one level.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, US fridge freezer, and central island.
The living room with a relaxing sofa and television.
Three bedrooms with a double bed, all equipped with storage.
Superb terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, private swimming pool (9 m x 4 m), deckchairs. Swimming pool open seasonally.
Garage with freezer and washing machine. Wi-Fi access. Parties not permitted.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over.
