Spain. Come and relax by the pool and enjoy the superb view of the Leucate lake, home of the famous Mondial du Vent, a windsurfing event that delights windsurfing enthusiasts. A sailing base is 300m away!
Private parking. Wi-Fi access. Swimming pool open from May to October.
The villa is equipped with a living room with a sofa and connected TV area, a fully equipped open kitchen of 46.30 m², giving direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. A master bedroom on the ground floor of 12.98 m² with a double bed with a 180 cm king-size bed and an adjoining shower room, toilet and dressing room. Another separate toilet on the ground floor.
Upstairs: a bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a bedroom with an air-conditioned double bed and closet, a bathroom with a bathtub, double sink and toilet.
