Located on the 5th floor of a residence with elevator, duplex designed for 6 people.
Upon entering, you will be greeted by an entrance hall that leads to a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet, a living room with TV is open to the fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom. The living room gives access to an east-facing balcony, where you can enjoy outdoor meals with the garden furniture provided. Upstairs you will find a bedroom and an additional shower room.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, as well as a complete set of dishes and cookware. You will have everything you need to prepare your meals with ease.
Sleeping arrangements: bedroom 1 (carpeted floor): 1 trundle bed 80 x 190 cm
living room: 1 sofa bed 130x190
upstairs bedroom (carpeted floor): 1 double bed 140x190
Complete bedding, including mattress covers, duvets and pillows (square), is provided for all beds.
A ski locker is available on the ground floor of the residence, allowing you to safely store your equipment. A private parking space, number 7, is available in the residence's car park located opposite. Please note that the agency declines all responsibility if the space is already occupied.
Miscellaneous: a vacuum cleaner to make cleaning easier.
Internet access is not available in the apartment.
Pets are allowed provided the pet is not left alone in the apartment (€50 supplement).
