The comfortable living room includes a sofa bed, a television, and air conditioning for your comfort. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, and electric coffee maker. A high table with stools allows you to enjoy meals or chat in a friendly atmosphere. Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and an additional folding bed for one person, as well as a shower, sink, and toilet. Also enjoy a furnished terrace with garden furniture and an awning. Private parking for easy access to your rental.
Additional Information: The residence has a swimming pool accessible in July and August from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. If it cannot open for technical or health reasons, no refund will be issued.
