This charming terraced house is located in a tree-lined residence, offering a swimming pool, a pétanque court, and a tennis court. Located close to the beach and shops, it's the perfect setting for your vacation.
The living room features a sofa bed, a television, and a table and chairs for dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, fridge-freezer, microwave, mini-oven, electric coffee maker, and dishwasher for optimal comfort. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and washing machine, while the toilet is separate.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds, providing space for the whole family. A second toilet is also available upstairs.
Enjoy the furnished terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue for your outdoor meals. Private parking is available.
Not included in the rental: final cleaning, sheets, towels, baby bed, high chair, and tourist tax. Internet connection is available at an additional cost.
Pets are not allowed. The swimming pool is open from mid-June to mid-September. If, however, it is unavailable for technical or health reasons, the tenant will not be entitled to a refund.
