Ideal for a vacation with family or friends, we offer you this 23 m² studio with sleeping area in Saint-Gervais, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
The studio is on the 1st floor, without elevator and offers you an eastern exposure. It has a balcony with garden furniture where you can relax while enjoying the view of the Mont-Blanc massif.
Please note: Winter equipment (snow tires or chains/socks in the trunk) is mandatory from November 1 to March 31 of each year.
Studio composition:
- Sleeping area with window: sofa bed for 2 people (140*200).
- Living room with sofa bed (140*200), television and dining area.
- Kitchenette equipped with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, microwave grill, kettle, raclette machine.
- Bathroom with bathtub and sink.
- Separate WC.
Additional amenities: shared outdoor parking and ski locker. Pets are not allowed due to allergies.
