The owner's note, Lola
This small residence is located on the edge of the slopes (ski-in and ski-out). It consists of 4 floors with an elevator, and the apartments offer beautiful views of the slopes. A pedestrian path near the building allows you to reach the resort center and shops in 5 minutes on foot. There is also a shuttle bus stop near the residence. There is roadside parking 5 minutes away. However, you can park in front of the residence for unloading only.
Apartment rated *** and 3 Paradiski crystals of approximately 50m², ideally located in a residence in Vallandry on the edge of the slopes.
Rented for 6 people, it is composed of a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with two single beds, a sleeping area with two bunk beds, a bathroom, a shower room with toilet, a kitchen area open to the dining area and a cozy and comfortable living room (no sleeping).
The apartment faces south and has a furnished balcony (table + chairs) so that you can fully enjoy your stay and a beautiful view of the slopes and the BELLECOTE massif.
Amenities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, induction hob. WIFI, TV. Rented with a ski locker located on level 0 (outside, access under the porch facing the slope exit).
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old).
Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom, 1 shower room.
Practical: Sheets and towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). You can book your ski lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
You will receive a Swikly link approximately ten days before your arrival to deposit your security deposit by credit card. This deposit must be paid before your arrival. No keys will be released without a deposit.
INFORMATION: Furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress protectors must not be removed from beds and must be left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge debited from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, €300 for the replacement of furniture.
