Furnished apartment equipped for 2/4 people, with sea view terrace.
Rated 3 stars.
Les Terrasses du Levant residence, 20 meters from the beach and shops.
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator.
Entrance hall leading to a separate bedroom with a double bed and cupboards with direct access to the terrace, a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Main room with sofa bed for 2 people, TV corner, equipped kitchen (microwave oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, Senseo and filter coffee maker) terrace access. + washing machine.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or checks).
