The residence, completed in 2020, is designed to immerse you in a unique setting, combining traditional exterior aesthetics with a resolutely contemporary interior.

DESCRIPTION:
At the level:
- 1 entrance hall with dressing room leading to a corridor to the bedrooms and the staircase to level -1
- 2 bedrooms with 180x200 bed, storage and TV; shower, WC, access to south-facing terrace
- 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds 90x200, storage, shower, access to a south-facing terrace
- 1 separate WC
On the second level:
Very large living room, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and 2 south-facing terraces serving an outdoor dining area and a relaxation area with jacuzzi.
On the third level under the roof:
- 1 attic master bedroom with cathedral windows and large bay windows with panoramic views of Les Gets, bath and shower. 180x200 bed, TV, dressing room and convertible sofa
On the -1: A cabin bedroom equipped with 2 single beds of 80cmx200cm which can be prepared as a double bed, a sauna with shower, linen area
AMENITIES: Jacuzzi and sauna. Dishwasher, oven and microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, large refrigerator, freezer, wine cellar, raclette and fondue set, toaster, kettle. Washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Gas fireplace. Individual underfloor heating, smart TVs, Wi-Fi. Baby cot (sheets extra) and high chair. On request only. Barbecue prohibited.
