Located in a peaceful residence, in the heart of the port of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, this apartment offers you an ideal setting for a relaxing stay.
It consists of a living room with kitchen
The bedroom has a double bed, and the bathroom has a separate toilet for added convenience.
A sofa bed can accommodate an additional bed if needed.
Outside, take full advantage of the beautiful summer evenings on the terrace, a real plus for your moments of relaxation or your meals outdoors.
A charming base for exploring Saint-Martin on foot, between narrow streets, a market, and the seafront, it's perfect for a couple or a small family. This apartment allows you to fully enjoy the island's charms while being close to shops, restaurants, and the port.
Parking: Parking is paid from March 20th to November 11th. Fixed rates are available at parking meters: €15 per day, €60 per week. There are two free parking lots at the ends of the village: the Favorite parking lot towards La Couarde-sur-Mer and the Cible parking lot towards the south of the island.
Our animal friends are not allowed.
The price includes all bed, bathroom and kitchen linens.
The price includes administration fees (€24 incl. VAT).
Cleaning is optional: €60
The "proportional" tourist tax is additional.
Reservations on our website can only be made from Saturday to Saturday. For a staggered period, a short stay, or any other period outside of Saturday-Saturday, please contact us.
Generally, check-in to accommodation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and check-out is from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. For any arrival or departure before 8 a.m. and after 8 p.m., an additional charge is applied:
From 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - €50
From 10 p.m. to midnight - €80
From midnight to 6:00 a.m. - €100
From 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. - €70
