You set off on foot on the snowy slopes, hiking, before enjoying a sauna and jacuzzi session and a moment of relaxation on its 100m² solarium (terrace equipped with a table football and ping-pong table in summer). DESCRIPTION :
On the ground floor:
- 1 technical room equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a wall-mounted clothes dryer
- 1 sauna with large Italian shower and separate WC
- 1 double bedroom en suite (160cm x 200cm bed) equipped with a TV, storage, an Italian shower, double sinks, a WC, and heated towel rail
- on the terrace: 1 semi-buried jacuzzi at the front of the chalet, facing west
On the 1st floor: On a large level of over 80m² arranged around a central staircase connecting the 3 floors
- 1 entrance with separate WC and cloakroom area
- 1 living room area with sofa opening onto a kitchen with central island
- 1 cocooning space with fireplace
- 1 dining area with cathedral ceiling opening onto the west-facing balcony, with large bay windows and a commanding view of the Mont Chery estate. Very well-equipped kitchen, office area
- 1 huge terrace facing East, South equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue, outdoor speakers controlled by Sonos equipment, ending with a balcony surrounding the chalet facing South and West
On the 2nd floor:
- 2 double bedrooms (160cm x 200cm beds) en suite equipped with a TV, storage, Italian shower, WC, sink and towel dryer
- 1 double bedroom equipped with a TV, a 160cm x 200cm bed and storage
- 1 children's dormitory area including 3 single beds measuring 90cm x 190cm (the top bed is not permitted)
