The owner's note, Lola

Fully renovated individual chalet "Les Carlines" in the residential area of Genièvres, 750 m from the village center, close to a ski bus stop. This single-story chalet, with a living area of 85 m², can accommodate 6 people with 3 bedrooms. It consists of an entrance with a large storage cupboard opening onto a corridor which distributes a large master bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa bed and a children's bedroom with bunk beds and an office area.
The light-filled living room, with its bay window and large windows, offers breathtaking views of the Aravis Mountains. The south-facing terrace measures 20m².
The recently renovated bathroom has a bathtub, a towel dryer, a washing machine and a toilet.
Access to the slopes is via a free ski bus, the stop of which is less than 100 m from the chalet.
