This bright villa is located on the edge of the forest in a very quiet area, next to the Touquet golf course. It includes:
- four bedrooms with three double beds and five single beds;
- 2 additional single beds on the 1st floor landing;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a shower room and a bathroom;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax in after a day of walking;
- a large furnished terrace;
- a spacious and well-planted garden.
You will particularly appreciate its freshness and brightness.
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Nespresso coffee machine and Filter coffee machine, Refrigerator, Barbecue, Microwave, Oven, Iron, etc.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The villa benefits from an ideal location:
- Less than 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bike from the beach and the town center (with its shops, restaurants and bars).
- Close to a cycle path (at the end of the street).
- Close to two nautical bases with all sea sports (sailing school, sand yachting, windsurfing, paddle boarding, etc.), the Thalasso, the Touquet golf course, the Touquet-Paris-Plage museum, the Touquet Paris-Plage Equestrian Center, the Touquet Tennis Club and the Touquet Mini-Golf, as well as two casinos.
For your daily shopping, the "Intermarché SUPER Cucq" supermarket is a 13-minute walk and a 3-minute drive away.

At the mouth of the Canche River, the elegant seaside resort of Le Touquet-Paris-Plage is a must-see in Pas-de-Calais. Pleasant all year round, come and enjoy invigorating strolls along the seafront or along the long, sandy beach. Land yachting enthusiasts will also have a blast.
This charming town on the Opal Coast also boasts a beautiful Anglo-Norman architectural heritage, featuring pretty villas nestled in the pine forests. A circuit allows you to discover these and other prestigious buildings, such as the town hall, a true architectural masterpiece. In total, 18 sites, all listed as Historic Monuments, some dating back to the Roaring Twenties, mark this route. In the town center, the Canche lighthouse towers 57 meters high. If the 274 steps don't scare you, don't hesitate to climb to the top!
For a nature discovery, head to the Baie de Canche Nature Park. Easily accessible on foot or by bike from the town center, stroll through the beachgrass or the pine forest. The forest also houses a museum, housed in a 1930s mansion, where nearly 800 works by local artists are exhibited.
