Magnificent 40 square meter accommodation located in Iguen.
ArrayWith an area of 40 square meters, it includes one bedroom and can accommodate up to four people.
You will love its location, facing the sea and close to all amenities.

Warm and well-equipped, this accommodation includes:
- a bedroom with two single beds and a baby bed;
- a fitted kitchen;
- a bathroom;
- a living room area with a convertible sofa;
- parking, a terrace and a garden.
You will particularly appreciate its large terrace accessible via bay windows, as well as its large green space.
For a comfortable stay, you will benefit from all the amenities: Wi-Fi, television, refrigerator, hairdryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, barbecue, microwave, oven, iron, etc.
Bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
The location of the accommodation is perfect for getting around on foot:
- Located on the Guérande peninsula, between La Baule and Le Croisic, in the heart of the wild coast (listed site).
- Facing the sea and a beach secured by a hedge. Small, quiet one-way road facing the sea.
- Direct access to the beach (cove) in front of the apartment, via a staircase.
- Close to many shops.
During your stay, you will enjoy walks along the customs path and secure and popular cycle paths, which run along the wild coastline dotted with small coves, from Iguen to Croisic.
