LEFT BANK - In a mansion in the city center with a large 21m² terrace. On the 2nd and top floor, P3 of 73m² completely renovated and air-conditioned, consisting of a bright living room/kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, hob), living room side (no blackout shutter and no sofa), a dining table, TV and a bunk bed (sleeps 2 in 90 cm, max weight 70 kg) opening onto a large 21m² terrace with table, chairs, garden furniture and an electric barbecue. Two bedrooms with 180 cm bed and television each with an adjoining shower room, one with a toilet. A separate toilet and a storeroom with a washing machine. Furnished and equipped for 6 people. Vehicle not necessary, possibility of renting a garage at an additional cost (price depending on the season between €60 and €100 per week). Possibility to rent the entire house with two 2-bedroom apartments measuring 166m² for a total of 12 beds. Pets are not allowed.
In the heart of the city center and 200m from the beach, come discover the many fun and tourist activities and visits available to you in Grau du Roi and its surroundings.

Two separate security deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 security deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
