Composed on the ground floor of a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed (TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi), opening onto the terrace with all the necessary furniture and barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms each with a 140 cm double bed and air conditioning, one of which has a 15m² solarium, ideal for sunbathing. All comfort. Very close to shops and a 10-minute walk from the beach. Furnished and equipped for 6 people. Free parking 10m away. Pets not allowed.
