LEFT BANK - In a secure residence with private and numbered parking space. Lovely P2 cabin on the 2nd floor composed of a bright living room with TV opening onto the terrace, with unobstructed views of the gardens. A fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob). A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, at the entrance a cabin with a 90 cm bunk bed, a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. 1 km from the city center and 500 m from the beach and the Seaquarium. Furnished and equipped for 4 people. Pets not allowed.
OPTIONAL SERVICES:

Two separate security deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
